Business continuity, when used in conjunction with a risk assessment, is a term used to describe the plans that an organisation sets out in the event of an interruption to the day to day working practices.

You can access the Business Continuity Plan by searching for it in the navigation bar, or navigating to:

  1. Hover over 'Work' in the navigation bar
  2. Click on 'All Work'
  3. Search for the 'Business Continuity Plan' Project within the 'All Work' search field

The 'Headlines' page for the Business Continuity Plan Project will display.

Using the Business Continuity Plan

The Business Continuity Plan much the same as any other Project on the platform. See here for a full list of our Project guides.

You will notice there is a pre-configured Phase in the Project called 'BCP'. The Activities within this Phase can help your business to plan for interruptions, enabling continuity.

You can add or remove Phases, Activities and Deliverables within the Business Continuity Plan. For further information on how to do this, click here.
