Note: You must be a Policy Pack Administrator to carry out these actions.

We’ve made it easy to export a Policy Pack so you can apply your own branding and formatting in the application of your choice.


Accessing Policy Packs

  1. From the Work menu in your main navigation bar, select Policy Packs.
  2. This will take you to the Policy Packs Administration Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Policy Packs tab.





Exporting a Policy Pack

To export a Policy Pack:

  1. Open the Actions dropdown menu for your chosen Policy Pack.
  2. Select Export Policy Pack.
  3. The export page will open in a new window.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the export and open the Policy Pack in your chosen application.


 



Exporting User Progress in a Policy Pack

There are two ways to export user progress:

Method 1 – From the Policy Pack List

  1. Go to the Policy Packs Administration Dashboard.
  2. Select the individual Policy Pack you want to review.
  3. You’ll see a list of all users assigned to that pack, along with their progress.
  4. Use the export options in the top right corner to download the data.

 

 

Method 2 – From the Compliance Tasks Completed Tab

  1. Go to the Compliance Tasks Completed tab in the Policy Packs Administration page.
  2. Select the Policy Pack you want.
  3. You’ll see a full list of assigned users, including their status, due date, and completion date.
  4. Highlight the information and copy it into a spreadsheet application like Excel for further analysis.
