You can now rename the To-Do and Resolved statuses within any track to better suit your team’s workflow. This update makes ISMS.online more flexible and adaptable to the way your teams work.

Note: Administrator access within the Tracks team is required to access these settings.

How to update statuses

  1. Go to any track where you are an admin. In the top right-hand corner, click Settings. 
  2. Scroll to the Status area and select Edit. 
  3. Previously, only the middle columns could be edited, with To-Do and Resolved fixed.



  4. Now, in the Statuses section, you can edit the To-Do and Resolved fields.
     
  5. Click Save to confirm your changes. The track will update to reflect the new status names.

Please note: While these statuses can be renamed, they cannot be deleted. They remain essential to how tracks function.
