Our Jira integration makes it simple to manage incidents, vulnerabilities, and corrective actions directly from ISMS.online:
- Incident Management: Send an incident to Jira when a Track item reaches a specific status. When the Jira ticket updates, the status of the ISMS.online incident item updates too.
- Technical Vulnerabilities: Create a Jira issue when a vulnerability in ISMS.online reaches a defined status. When resolved in Jira, the ISMS.online vulnerability item updates automatically.
- Corrective Actions: Push corrective actions into Jira based on Track item status, with updates syncing back into ISMS.online once resolved.
The integration automatically pulls key details from your Track item’s Name and Description to populate the Jira issue, saving you time.
ServiceNow – User Set-up Guide
With ServiceNow integration, you can streamline incident and corrective action management:
- Incident Management: Send incidents to ServiceNow from ISMS.online when Track items reach a specific status, and sync updates when ServiceNow incidents change.
- Corrective Actions: Push corrective actions to ServiceNow when needed, with resolution updates reflected back in ISMS.online.
Like Jira, the integration uses your Track item’s Name and Description to auto-populate ServiceNow tickets.
Slack – User Set-up Guide
Keep your team informed with instant Slack notifications:
- Notifications are triggered whenever a new incident, vulnerability, or corrective action is created.
- Share updates from Incident Response, vulnerabilities, or any custom Track directly to a Slack channel so your team can act quickly.
Microsoft Teams – User Set-up Guides
- Send notifications to a Teams channel whenever a new incident, vulnerability, or corrective action is created.
- Ideal for ensuring your team stays updated in real time and can respond promptly.
- Send notifications to Teams whenever:
- A new Risk is created
- Risk scores are updated
- A review is due
- The assignee changes
- Messages include a summary of the update and a link to the item, ensuring fast response to critical risks.
