The Assured Results Method (ARM) has been refreshed with a new look and additional features, all designed to make your journey to ISO 27001 certification even smoother.

You can watch a short video overview of the changes here:

A new look

ARM has been visually updated to help you focus on what matters most in your implementation.

  • The progress bar in the Adopt, Adapt, Add section now makes it easy to track how far through your documentation you are.
  • Content and activities are now displayed side by side, so you can quickly see what’s next and pick up exactly where you left off.

ARM timeline

Our implementation method is now presented as a clear timeline of milestones in your certification journey. It is divided into two sections:

  • Adopt, Adapt, Add – Covers everything you need to fully document your ISMS.
  • Operate, Maintain, Improve – Guides you through certification, allowing you to assign dates to steps and stay on track towards your goal.

Key dates

You can now add planned dates for key milestones such as your Stage 1 and Stage 2 external audits. This helps you build a clear timeline—particularly useful if you are working to a deadline or coordinating across a wider team.

Understanding your progress

Previously, ARM displayed overall progress as a percentage across policies and controls. We’ve updated this to give you a more practical view of your progress through the ISMS.online Approval process.

You’ll now see a clear breakdown of activities in each step:

  • Open – still being worked on
  • Awaiting approval – work completed but pending sign-off
  • Completed – work fully signed off
