Approval rights allow Project team members to approve Activities. These rights can be granted from the Team page of a Project.

Both Access and Admin users within a Project team can be given approval rights. Approval is separate from administering the Project, so you don’t need to be an Administrator to approve Activities.

How to Grant Approval Rights

  1. Open the Project and go to the Team page.
  2. Edit the role of the user you want to grant approval rights to.
  3. Enable the Approval Rights option.
  4. Click Save Roles to apply the change.

Note: The new setting will only take effect once you have saved the user’s role.
