Approval rights allow Project team members to approve Activities. These rights can be granted from the Team page of a Project.
Both Access and Admin users within a Project team can be given approval rights. Approval is separate from administering the Project, so you don’t need to be an Administrator to approve Activities.
How to Grant Approval Rights
- Open the Project and go to the Team page.
- Edit the role of the user you want to grant approval rights to.
- Enable the Approval Rights option.
- Click Save Roles to apply the change.
Note: The new setting will only take effect once you have saved the user’s role.
