The My Preferences page allows you to adjust your personal settings in ISMS.online. Administrators can also change the preferences of other users.

Accessing My Preferences

  1. Click your name in the dropdown menu at the top-right of the platform.
  2. Select My Preferences.



What You Can Update

Privacy and Security

  • Change your password.
  • Set up two-factor authentication for added security.

Key Information

  • Standard users can update:
    • First and last name
    • Email address
  • Administrators can additionally update:
    • Organisation
    • User role (standard user or administrator)

Administrators can also:

  • Add new users
  • Edit user profiles within your organisation or Partner Organisations
  • Edit your organisation profile
  • Run usage reports

Time Zone and Date Format

  • Set your preferred time zone and date format.
  • Your personal settings will override the organisation default.
  • For organisation-wide preferences, see organisation preferences. 

Notifications

  • Choose how often you receive ISMS.online email notifications:
    • Instant: Sent after each activity, keeping you updated in real time.
    • Digest: Groups notifications into one email, sent daily or weekly depending on your selection.

Homepage Layout

  • Decide whether your homepage displays your To-do list or Favourites at the top.

Overview Permissions

  • Only Organisation Administrators can adjust this setting.
  • Apply either standard or administrative access to all Accounts.
