How the Notification Digest Works

Instead of receiving an email each time you’re notified of something on ISMS.online, you can choose to receive a daily or weekly digest of all your ISMS.online notifications. Everything that’s happened on the platform that directly involves you (updates that team members notify you of and reminders that are scheduled to be sent to you) since the last digest will be included in this email.

Updates will appear in chronological order with the most recent at the top of the list, and you can choose to receive your digest at the start or end of each day or a specific day of the week.

Our customers use ISMS.online in a variety of different ways for a wide range of different reasons. One ISMS.online user might keep the platform open in their browser all day, while another might only need to access it less frequently. That’s why we provide you with a selection of options for the way you receive notifications.

How to Set Up the Notification Digest

Setting up your digest couldn’t be easier. Access your user Preferences from your Profile (open this by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen) and choose the desired option from the drop-down menu under ‘Receive notifications’.
