Note: You must be a platform Administrator to complete these actions.
Partner organisations allow you to collaborate with users from external organisations. These users can contribute to, and where required administer, work areas you have created. However, they cannot create new work areas themselves.
Users can be added to a Partner Organisation from the create new users page.
Creating a New Partner Organisation
- Go to the Organisations page, located in the top-right corner user dropdown.
- Select Add Organisation. This will take you to the Create New Organisation page.
- Enter the name of the Partner Organisation and click Create Organisation.
Important: The Partner Organisation list is shared across the entire ISMS.online system (although you’ll only see the ones relevant to you). To ensure your Partner Organisation name is unique, we recommend adding your company name or initials after the supplier name. For example: Google (Company A).
Organisation Profile Settings
After creating a Partner Organisation, you’ll be taken to the Profile Settings page. From here, you can:
- Add information about the Partner Organisation
- Upload documents to associate with the Partner Organisation
Managing Partner Organisations
Partner Organisations cannot be deleted. If one is no longer in use, we recommend deactivating the users within that organisation instead.
