Note: You must be an Organisation Administrator to carry out these actions.

Organisation Administrators can manage their organisation’s profile and settings by selecting Organisation settings from the name dropdown in the top-right corner of the platform.

Your organisation profile is visible to other ISMS.online community members when they search for you or come across your organisation in the community area. It’s also a useful space to upload public documents and provide key contact information.

About Us

Use this section to outline your organisation’s goals, responsibilities, and key information. You can include:

  • A link to your organisation’s website
  • Details of the lead contact (for example, a CEO or nominated representative)
  • Your head office address
  • Public documents relevant to your organisation



Editing Your Organisation Profile

To make changes, go to the Profile settings tab next to Your organisation profile, then select Edit Profile. From here you can:

  • Upload an optional thumbnail image for your organisation
  • Set visibility preferences for your organisation in the ISMS.online community
  • Define the primary contact
  • Upload public documents to share with your organisation or partners
  • Set your organisation’s time zone and date format


User Management

This area also allows Administrators to manage users. You can:

  • View all users within your organisation
  • Edit user permissions and settings
  • Access user contact details and profile links
  • View deactivated users



ISMS.online Security Settings

Within Organisation settings, Administrators can also configure key security options, including:

  • Minimum password strength requirements
  • Login timeout duration
