Adding Images and Videos to Notes and Discussions :

ISMS.Online is proud to release one of our most requested features, being able to insert images into notes and discussions!

How does it work?

With the latest version of the note editor, the Add Image and now Video buttons is under the Plus button (as shown above).

On clicking the button you'll be asked to search for, or to Drag and Drop the image into the box:

You can also access that from the 3 lined button in the note editor to access the settings or image options:

Additionally you can either Drag and Drop the image in, or paste in from your clipboard straight into the area you want it.

Images uploaded this way will show in;

For Security, when an email notification is sent containing an image, it is replaced with a placeholder. Like we do with videos.

Please note, there is a file size limit of 20MB for each attached image.
